Honeymoon Chapter 2.1 Update is out now!
Hello again! Users had compatibility issues with the Nile and Misty date and their old saves. So this update brings stuff to correct that, while adding more post-date content.
Firstly: Some variables been fixed so saves that didn't allow chapter 1 saves to select nile and misty's date will now work if you roll back a few lines then forwards and click to select the date again.
Not only that, but a password system for debug purposes which you can find here in the freeroam plaza:
This passcode system lets you fully unlock the contents in each date, or all extras and gems. Just a plan b in case people have to start from scratch.
Second, more post-date content has been added for nile and misty, as you can now talk to them after a successful date in their respective workplaces. I'll leave finding them up to you.
I also want to address the scope of chapter 3: Ari and Maddie. As the last planned chapter, it brings closure to a lot of endings which have to be written and planned themselves. These chapters take a lot of time, and as I've stated before, this is my side project that's complementing my help with the main game. It might take a while for chapter 3 to come out as it will have the content equivalent to 2 chapters.
Chapter 2 took a while longer than chapter 1 as my health took a hit from overwork again. So I hope not to worsen the situation with this update, and hope to better distribute time between all the projects and my health. There might be a decline in production speed then a bump once I'm recovered, but rest assured I'll be working on chapter 3 often to maintain progress. Besides, there are a couple ideas I'm working on that should come out soon.

What is the Trash panda code supposed to do?
It activates Cassidy in case you didn't pick her at the start, meant for those who picked her on their first date but had to redo their saves.
Hey aqua, how do I delete my saved data? I used the codes, not knowing what they would do, and the unlocked images, I wanted to discover them myself. I tried deleting my saves from the files and reinstalling the game, but everything is still there. Im baffled.
I assume you know where the save files are but for general purposes:
If you're in windows, go to the search bar and type "%appdata%" then go to the "Roaming" folder, click the folder "RenPy" and "inheathoneymoon".
Then move the file "persistent" to another location as a backup.
"persistent" has all the data that stays on even if you delete saves. Hope that helps!
Hey aqua, thanks for the reply. I deleted the "persistent" file and my saves, which deleted my saves but the images still persist, I also moved the "persistent" file to another folder outside the game's folder and the same happened. Is there something else I can do?
That's impossible, the game can't be getting info from variables it physically doesn't have stored to load later.
You mentioned "reinstalling", are you playing through something like the Itch Client Launcher? That could be breaking it.
When will android get an update??
Wait, is the android download not updating once you download it again? I've been updating it
ah okay. maybe change the # for the android to 2.1. imo.
There was an issue with having named it "100" because it meant all other versions had to be named that to replace the old build correctly, I'll double check if changing the filename breaks anything on mobile in a bit. Thank you for the heads up though!
oh, no problem. Although i have found an issue, i cant select the next series of dates. When im in the room and i choose check available dates, the tags pop up but i cant tap them to start it. It may just be me or i just have to reinstall it.
If you're in the newest version, go back a few lines of text then tap forwards again as it's likely the game didn't check new variables that unlock when you get to that screen.
