Hello again!
So! Last week we did a lot of progress, 2 CGs done and one sketched.
Well, this week we did one more:

And besides, one more has been drafted so we are getting really close to finishing up the visual novel!

However, that much work put quite a strain on the old bones. And soon after:

Well, that was the first half of the week spent with quite a bit of neck pain.
You see, I'm at a risk of getting a herniated disc on my neck. Which means one of the discs on the neck, if put under enough force, risks popping out of place. And while thankfully that hasn't happened, it gets pretty darn painful when it steps close to that. And I did do a lot of work last week, hence my condition got worse.

So we come at a difficult position, where my body is essentially begging me to take a break. But on the other hand, chapter 3 has been delayed for too long. And on the other other hand, this chapter is just so close to being finished. But while I write all the pros of continuing to work, the muscle spasms on my neck are making my ears ring up a storm.

So what to do about this? Keep working hard?
Nope. Start working smart!

So here's the plan. When I was creating Late Night Delivery 2, I had 2 weeks of vacation scheduled. While I was away, my condition improved but it didn't mean I stopped working on the visual novel, as I continued to write the last half of the story on a laptop.
So, my plan is to wrap up production of most of the visuals, go on a vacation from drawing and return with a somewhat complete visual novel. All that's left is the writing, apart from that one music track that still bugs my mind.

Conclusion

But again, the plan is: take a week or so off, write while I'm away, relax the neck, come back and deliver the mommy goodness. So essentially, since there's not much to do drawing-wise, it would just mean it's a regular week of progress for you. But it probably means no devlog next week if I take the vacation. Because that's another thing, I have to get permission from the family to visit the place to go on for vacation. So if next week I'm here and there's no hint of being or planning to be away, rest assured that my insides are screaming.

Oh lord, my neck's gonna divorce me any day now if this continues. lol

But hey, we're getting super close to finishing it! I can't wait for you guys to see what I prepared for this chapter.
